On the buggy I'm having good results with M4 suburbs front and rear, while on the truck I'm running gold barcodes sauced in my secret sauce.

Double win!
Finally finished ahead of Ran after him beating me in Stock Truck for the last 2 weeks. I also took the win in Stock Buggy. The turnout was lighter than last weekend, but the competition was still fast.

Got smoked again!
Ran got me again in stock truck this weekend and out qualified me in buggy! I had to bump up from the b main, just to make the show. I finished 4th in truck, 0.3 seconds behind Ran, and 5th in buggy after bumping in. I was chasing the track conditions in buggy, and made the wrong choice in round 2, where everyone went faster, except me.

Top Notch Series Race @SDRC
Today is the TNS series race at SDRC. During Practice on Friday the track was on the dry side and had good grip. Today the misters are on every few races and the dirt is on the damp side, so I'm sliding some in the corners.

The track is at least a second slower.
Round 2 results
The track is drying out and getting faster! Got taken out by lapped traffic in truck so I wasn't able to improve my time. Ended up as the BQ?! In SC I made the A and will start in 6th.
Mains
I won the B Main and bump up to the A, where I should've been in the first place.
I made my way up to 3rd early, but make a mistake and end having to chase Ran down. I end up in 5th. I guess that a good result considering I started in the back.
I get taken out in the 1st turn and my motors overheated and went flat. This race sucked.
I will need to get some new ROAR spec motors that don't heat up so much.

Weekend of club racing at SDRC!
I had Friday off from work, so I decided to race that night along with Saturday night. Friday I raced stock buggy and Saturday I ran mod sc. Below are my races.

SDRC Club Racing, 7/27/13
I raced Mod SC, running a LRP X11 8.5, but my lap times and race results are still slower than my stock truck :(

My broken glued plastic bellcrank, which I broke in practice after racing was over.
The misting system watering the track after it was closed for the day. You can't see the drivers stand on the opposite side of the track!
My truck handled fine during practice, but when racing started, it felt loose, and it was difficult to get on the power. I had to tip toe around the track.
