I didn't do so well in SC. Got hung up twice and marshaled twice :( Finished 5th in my heat and 16th in the round :(
Complete opposite in Truck! I was really nervous and my hand was twitchy, but I pushed on and finished 2nd in the heat and 5th in the round! One more top 10 round finish and I'm in the A! (Using point system for qualifying)
Well, gotta start gluing tires for tomorrow...

The worst part about these big races at Hot Rod's in the summer is the intense heat...it just gets ridiculous. What was the turnout like for day one? I really think Jimmy needs to start limiting all of his big races (including the Shootout) to two days, personally. Including Friday as a qualifying day just isn't going to work for most people, in this day and age.
There were 35 heats and ~290 entries. 2 rounds of qualifying finished at about 7-8pm? I left at about 7pm Friday while round 2 was finishing up.
